Damned. Damned. Damned.

Another week of me almost not here at all.
I gotta admit, work isn't as good as it seemed at first. I've now experienced a LOT of different customers, and.. I've even cried Please people, the work is hard as it is (in case you don't know, I attend phone calls from customers of a cable service in the Houston, US area... you know.. I explain bills, accept payments, I repair when the video signal is off, I schedule technicians...), having to be sitting a lot of hours hearing to complaints about the service, then there's some reaaally bad customers, like the one that made me cry. He started insulting me, and I take everything so personal, he was treating me as I was s**t and I couldn't do anything but hear him, and then I couldn't anymore and my eyes poured with tears and my friends there tried to calm me down, I was all red with anger, trying to explain that customer something and all he did was scream at me.
Just a little advice, because perhaps right now you don't worry about it, but one day you'll have services of your own, like credit cards, a telephone service, internet service, and of course you want them functioning properly... I mean, who doesn't! We reps are there to help you, WE UNDERSTAND YOU, just don't treat us that way, it isn't fair, we're human as well.
So yeah, I don't love my work anymore Probably other 3 weeks if possible and then Im out.. dunno... and in 3 weeks I start again classes so... On happy info, tomorrow is the Muse concert. Finally! I'll go with my dearest Stalker can't wait!


Otra semana en la cual casi ni ando por acá.
Debo admitirlo, el trabajo ya no es tan bueno como lo sentía al principio. Ya me han tocado MUCHOS tipos de llamadas, e... incluso he llorado Porfavor gente, el trabajo en sí es difícil (por si no lo saben, yo atiendo llamadas telefónicas de clientes de un servicio de cable de Houston, EU... así que yo checo estados de cuenta, tomo pagos, reparo la señal del cable cuando no hay, mando técnicos...), estando sentada muchas horas oyendo a las quejas del servicio, y luego hai unos clieentes... como el que me hizo llorar. Ese hombre me insultó, y bueno, yo me tomo todo muy personal, me estaba tratando como si yo fuera una m****a sin sentimientos o algo y yo no podía hacer nada sino solo escuchar, luego no pude más y me puse toa roja y empecé a lagrimear y mis amigos ahí intentando calmarme, yo toda enojada pero pues no le puedes contestar al cliente, yo intentaba explicarle al cliente y lo unico que hacía era gritarme.
Un consejo a todos, quizá en estos momentos uds aun no se preocupen por estas cosas, pero algún día tendrán sus propios servicios; tarjetas de crédito, servicio telefónico, de internet, y claro que quieren que funcione correctamente... digo, quien no! Y nosotros como reps estamos para ayudarlos, LOS ENTENDEMOS, solo no nos traten de esa manera, no es justo, somos humanos.
Así que así es, ya no amo mi trabajo Probablemente estaré unas 3 semanas mas si es posible y luego me salgo... que aparte en 3 semanas entro a clases así que.... Y bueno, en info feliz, mañana es el concierto de Muse. Porfin!! Iré con mi querida y amada Stalker
